Adrienne M. Koller, MA, LPC
Trauma Therapist in CA, TX, WA, VT, FL, ME, & SC
I believe you have better days ahead.
You’re in the right place.
When You Work With Me
You’re getting someone real—someone who’s lived through experiences you might relate to. I’ve survived childhood abandonment, a failed adoption, juvenile delinquency, drug addiction, sexual assault, being a high school dropout, teen pregnancy, a failed marriage, single parenting, and abusive relationships.
But I’m also someone who fought back. I got clean as a teen and stayed clean for decades. I worked two full-time jobs, put myself through college as a single parent, and earned a bachelor’s and two master’s degrees—all after dropping out of high school. I’ve built a solid life, worked in corrections and law enforcement, raised amazing kids, found faith, became a committed partner, and created a profession I’m proud of. I give back to the military, first responders, and law enforcement communities, supporting people who feel like the odds are stacked against them.
Someone once called me a “Thug,” meaning survivor—and damn right, I am. I’ve turned hardship into strength, bad choices into growth, anger into forgiveness, and pain into healing. And I can help you do the same.

I believe therapy should be…….
Comfortable and Real
Throw Everything You’ve Experienced in Therapy Out the Window
Therapy with me is different—no fluff, no jargon, no masks. Just real talk with someone who gets you. I’m not Frasier Crane, and I’m not going to freak out if you cuss, yell, or cry. Therapy isn’t charm school; it’s a space to be authentic, raw, and real. I want you to feel comfortable enough to do the deep work you need to heal—and I’ll show up just as authentically for you.
Here’s who I am: A NY Yankees-loving, muscle car racing, heavy metal/rock/country fan with a dark sense of humor and a soft spot for first responders, military, and trauma survivors. My law enforcement background and life experiences mean I’ve been there—I get it. That’s why my clients trust me. It’s why a first responder can text me “F@#K!” after missing a session, and I know it means, “Sorry, my bad.” That rapport, that connection—it’s real, and it matters.
I’m not for everyone. If you want someone to do the work for you or let you sit in self-pity, I’m not your therapist. If you’re looking for a hand-holding, woo-woo type, that’s not me either. But if you want someone who will challenge you, push you, and motivate you while being kind, compassionate, and real, you’re in the right place.
Together, we’ll turn adversity into strength.
I’ll help you:
………find your strength within
………feel alive again
…….feel hope again
The ball is in your court. Are you ready?
